The perfect tipple for Santa Claus - he'll welcome this as a bit of variety alongside all those glasses of sherry on Christmas Eve!

Ingredients:

• Cut Classic 20% ABV Aged Caribbean Rum
• Sugar Syrup
• Orange Bitters
• Orange Peel
• Black Cherry
• Ice

Steps:

• Put 25ml Cut Classic rum into a mixing glass with a couple of ice cubes
• Add 10ml of simple syrup (sugar syrup) and a few dashes of orange bitters
• Stir gently until outside of glass feels cold
• Add a further 25ml of Cut Classic rum and stir again
• Strain over a single large ice cube in a rocks glass
• Garnish with orange peel and a black cherry!
