An eye-catching festive Light Cocktail that can be easily tailored to your taste and colour preferences! 

Ingredients:

• Ice
• Cut Classic 20% ABV Vodka
• Blue Curacao 20% ABV 
• Pineapple juice
• Lime juice
• Natural green food colouring

Steps:

• Handful of ice in cocktail shaker
• Add 50ml Cut Classic vodka
• Add 50ml Blue Curacao
• Add 50ml Pineapple juice
• Squeeze in juice from half a lime
• Shake it like you mean it!
• Put a couple of cubes of ice in a Rocks glass
• Add a couple of drops of green natural food colouring
• Strain cocktail into glass with shaker
• Garnish with a lime wheel and perhaps a candy cane!

Note: you can add more pineapple juice and use alcohol-free Monin Blue Curacao flavouring syrup if you want to reduce the overall strength further without compromising on taste...
