Our lighter take on Bermuda's celebrated Dark 'n' Stormy - a vibrant mix of rum, ginger beer and lime. This is a great example of the ability of Cut Classics to deliver a mid-strength version of a classic cocktail with 100% of the flavour and fun!

Ingredients:

• Handful of ice
• 50ml Cut Classics Aged Caribbean Rum
• Half a lime, squeezed
• 200ml ginger beer
• Fresh lime

Steps:

• Put ice into a highball glass;
• Cut lime in half and squeeze one half over the ice
• Add 200ml of ginger beer
• Measure 50ml of Cut Classic rum in jigger and pour on top
• Garnish with lime wheel from remaining half lime
