Our lighter version of the classic Cosmopolitan cocktail is perfect for festive drinks parties – seasonal colours, a retro nod towards Sex and the City, and all at a strength which will ensure it’s a night your guests can remember!

Ingredients:

• Handful of ice 
• 50ml Cut Classic 'light' vodka
• 20ml Triple Sec (not Cointreau for this light recipe!)
• 30ml Cranberry Juice
• Juice from half a lime

Steps:

• Put a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker.

• Add 50ml Cut Classic ‘light’ vodka and 20ml of Triple Sec (20% ABV rather than 40% ABV Cointreau).

• Pour in 30ml of Cranberry Juice and the juice from half a lime.

• Shake it like you mean it!

• Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with orange zest and a lime wheel.
