Cut Classic "Christmas Gimlet"
A Christmassy tweak to the classic Gimlet cocktail recipe, made using Cut Classic 20% ABV London Dry.
Ingredients:
- Cut Classic mid-strength London Dry
- Lime juice
- Cranberry juice
- Sugar
- Frozen cranberries
- Sprig of Rosemary
Steps:
- Handful of ice in cocktail shaker
- Add 50ml Cut Classic London Dry
- Add 20ml lime juice
- Add 10ml Cranberry Juice
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- Shake well
- Pour into a chilled martini glass or coupe
- Garnish with a few frozen cranberries and a sprig of Rosemary
