Cut Classic "Christmas Gimlet"

A Christmassy tweak to the classic Gimlet cocktail recipe, made using Cut Classic 20% ABV London Dry. 

Ingredients: 

  • Cut Classic mid-strength London Dry
  • Lime juice
  • Cranberry juice
  • Sugar
  • Frozen cranberries 
  • Sprig of Rosemary

Steps:

  • Handful of ice in cocktail shaker
  • Add 50ml Cut Classic London Dry
  • Add 20ml lime juice
  • Add 10ml Cranberry Juice
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • Shake well
  • Pour into a chilled martini glass or coupe
  • Garnish with a few frozen cranberries and a sprig of Rosemary
